Emma, my associate photographer documented Kelsey and Christopher's wedding at their summer cottage in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan during peak fall color season! When she arrived, she was immediatly struck by the beauty of the surroundings. The trees were ablaze with autumnal colors of orange, yellow, and red, creating a picturesque backdrop for the wedding. The ceremony was held outdoors, surrounded by nature. The couple's family and closest friends were in attendance, making the entire day feel all the more intimate and special. Kelsey and Christopher had opted for a rustic and minimalist theme, which complemented the natural beauty of the surroundings perfectly. After the ceremony, they captured some stunning portraits of the newlyweds against the backdrop of the colorful trees and open fields! Since they had chosen to have a small, intimate wedding with only their closest family and friends, the reception felt warm and inviting, like a big family gathering. Kelsey and Christopher's love for each other was evident in every aspect of the wedding day and I am excited to share the images of their day with you here!
